Creator profiles displayed on OnlyStarSearch are compiled from publicly available information. Creators may request removal of their profile at any time by contacting us at dmca@onlystarsearch.com. Creators can also claim their profile to update their information and gain a verified badge. OnlyStarSearch does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any profile information displayed.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and software on OnlyStarSearch are the property of OnlyStarSearch or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Creator profile information, including display names, bios, and avatars, belongs to the respective creators. "OnlyFans" is a registered trademark of Fenix International Limited.

7. Featured Listings & Payments

OnlyStarSearch offers optional paid promotion tiers for creators. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Promotional placements are clearly indicated. Refund policies are governed by the terms provided at the time of purchase.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. OnlyStarSearch does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no representations about the accuracy or completeness of any creator information displayed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyStarSearch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OnlyStarSearch, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
