Overview

OnlyStarSearch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

What We Index

OnlyStarSearch indexes publicly available profile information from OnlyFans, including display names, bios, avatar images, and basic profile statistics. We do not host, reproduce, or distribute any subscription-only or paywalled content. If you believe your copyrighted material has been used improperly on our Site, please follow the procedure below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

To file a DMCA takedown notice, please send an email to dmca@onlystarsearch.com with the following information:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are involved.
2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the URL(s) on OnlyStarSearch where the material appears.
3. Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Profile Removal Requests

If you are the owner of an OnlyFans profile listed on OnlyStarSearch and would like it removed, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. Simply email us at dmca@onlystarsearch.com with your OnlyFans username, and we will remove your profile within 48 hours.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification by sending an email to dmca@onlystarsearch.com with: (1) identification of the removed material and its original location, (2) a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake, (3) your name, address, and phone number, (4) a statement consenting to jurisdiction, and (5) your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

OnlyStarSearch will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
